You can also give your clients stuff from your library, either or online. In some cases, you may also provide websites or phone numbers to clients where the info can be obtained by them on their own. (Although this last source is invaluable, most customers tend to overlook them and watch them as less precious than really getting hard copies of stuff from you.)

Generally speaking, most clients are fair and will disclose all financial affairs to their own counselor. But, is a lot of information on the internet and in books about the best way to conceal income and assets from attorneys or spouses.

Clients, especially matrimonial customers, often require a way to tell their story to other people. Think about different forums in which a customer can get it. Consider using Dispute Resolution Officer hearings, social workers, mediation, psychologists, Judicial Dispute Resolution conferences and arbitration as ways to permit a client to unload.

TIP 16 Returning Calls
